Migration Services & Products

"Prevention is cheaper than a breach"

Project Overview

Our client, a rapidly growing organization with stringent requirements for data security and regulatory resilience, was facing a critical challenge: its existing cryptographic infrastructure was not prepared for threats posed by quantum computing. The objective of the project was to establish a scalable, future-proof security architecture that both mitigates current risks and enables a seamless transition into a post-quantum world.

Through our structured migration services and high-performance tooling, we were able to provide full transparency across the existing cryptographic landscape, prioritize risks, and develop a clear transformation strategy without impacting ongoing operations.

Challenges

1
Lack of transparency regarding deployed cryptographic methods, keys, and certificates including shadow IT environments.
2
Unclear risks and dependencies with respect to future quantum attacks.
3
No defined strategy or roadmap for migration to post-quantum security.
4
High complexity in integrating new cryptographic methods into existing systems.
5
Limited organizational awareness and insufficient expertise regarding quantum-safe technologies.

Solutions & Implementation

1
Execution of a comprehensive cryptographic inventory and risk analysis to achieve full transparency across all cryptographic assets.
2
Development of a tailored post-quantum strategy, including a clear roadmap, prioritization, and budget planning.
3
Validation of quantum-safe algorithms through real-world proof-of-concepts within the existing IT environment.
4
Implementation of pilot projects and live demonstrations to ensure performance, interoperability, and user acceptance.
5
Delivery of targeted workshops to raise awareness and upskill management, IT, and security teams.
5
Deployment of our specialized tools, including PQInfraprotect, PQVault Sentinel, PQVault Encryption (SaaS), and PQCryptoGuard, to enable rapid, automated, and scalable securing of the entire infrastructure.
